Nothing to complain about, this was the best experience here. Staff were superfriendly, so I loved my being there. Well-appointed, huge room with full kitchen and giant beds, as for instance. Lots of good options for meal.

Prime location, knowledgeable staff, normal double rooms, complimentary breakfast. Large beds, hairdryer and smart TVs were a nice touch. The beach was near the hotel we stayed at.
The shower was a little low on pressure.

I loved this hotel and would return anytime. Clean place with very comfy beds. My suite was fully-equipped and functional. Modern property located near cruise port and Brickell and downtown. Staff was exceptionally attentive, and the service was excellent.
